RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition — with all original tags still attached as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Contact us at contact@shopstaticarchive.com to request a return. Once accepted, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless your item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Damages & incorrect orders
Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us immediately at contact@shopstaticarchive.com so we can resolve it.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your order and place a new one once your return is approved.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

EU cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing an explanation. The same conditions apply — unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
